MOKU is a vibrant and unique dining experience bringing island flavours to Newcastle. Our menu takes inspiration from Hawaii – a melting pot of flavours with Asian, Latin American and Portuguese influence.

Flame grilled meats take centre stage alongside a fantastic selection of small plates and sides, plus our famous Sharing Board.

We boast an extensive cocktail menu to complement the Latin and Tiki influences in the food menu and a well rounded wine list.
